RX Platform Parts

A-arm

Our A-arms are one of the strongest and lightest pairs of upper and lower A-arms you can buy. They are constructed from hardened T-6 aluminum, and polished to a brilliant shine, which compliments all colors very nicely. This means greater acceleration, better weight transfer, better centered center of gravity, and more top speed to help you blow by your friends. (Tie Rods come in the Front Suspension Kit at a discounted price.)

Torsion Bar
For the experienced rider/mechanic, we sell separate torsion bars to work with our torsion bar setup. We make them in all different tube wall thicknesses, and will help you choose which bar best suits your riding style. These can also be used for racers who like to carry spare parts for a Saturday quick change, or maybe just change the bar to better suit the conditions.

Steering Arm, Spindle Collar

As a service, we will polish your stock spindle brackets, steering arms or both. This is the best choice for someone who has already purchased our A-arms and wants to complete the look. This is also a good idea for anyone who wants to be different or look better going down the trail. We are only polishing these because they are already aluminum, and there is no real advantage to doing anything to them. (This service comes with our front suspension kit.)

Steering Column
For the person that has to cut every pound they possibly can we are offering a hardened aluminum, TIG welded steering column. It is very safe and bolts right in place of the stock steering column. Now comes with both steering pieces.

Trailing Arm

This is where it all started; we have been doing independent suspensions for a very long time. We offer these arms in a kit for any Yamaha snowmobile with the independent front suspension. These arms here can be bought for someone who doesn't want the whole kit. Pictured to the right is the Yamaha standard arm, in the middle, with the Polaris arms above and below it. (These are priced individually, pairs come with the kit)

Steering Arm
Made of 6061 T-6 Aluminum, these arms are machined from a solid piece of billet with no welds. These are machined specifically for late model Yamahas with independent trailing arm suspensions and bolt right on! (Shown as a pair, but weighed and priced individually, pair comes with the kit.)

Spindle
Made of 7075 T-6 Aluminum. These arms are machined from a solid piece of billet with no welds, and feature a radiused joint for more strength. These are machined specifically for late model Yamahas with independent trailing arm suspensions, A-arm suspensions. They bolt right on! (priced individually.)

Polished Aluminum Steering Post
Made of hardened 6061 T-6 Aluminum, this piece will retain all of the strength of the stock post and will weigh 1.2 pounds less! This peice is sold polished and enhances the overall appearance of your sled. This Piece bolts right into the stock location of the SX, SRX, SXR, and VIPER style chassis. Aluminum Ski

Made of hardened 6061 T-6 Aluminum, these skis are the strongest skis you can buy. Many people think that these skis are slower than plastic, but we disagree because when you compare the two skis after 1 season the plastic skis get all scraped up and "grab" more snow where the aluminum has actually become smoother than it was.
